New 25-27 Strategic Plan.

Innovation at the service of people

Following the conclusion of the current 21-24 Strategic Plan, Mutua Universal conducted a meticulous analysis to develop a new plan that will guide the organisation’s future in order to act in an increasingly global, evolving, technological and sustainable environment.

This reflection process, directly involving more than 300 of the organisation's professionals, reinforces the mutual insurance company’s innovative, people-centred, committed and efficient ethos by decisively making progress in the development of personalised services in health, prevention and management, and by developing its relationships with various stakeholders.

Under the slogan “Innovation at the service of people”, Mutua Universal’s 25-27 Strategic Plan sets out the organisation’s roadmap to:

  • Develop the business management model through innovative, proactive and personalised services.
  • Care for people and their health through a committed and talented team.
  • Create sustainable value in social, environmental and governance terms, as well as within the Social Security system.

Currently, the 25-27 Strategic Plan involves more than 200 professionals from the mutual insurance company, organised into 12 collaborative teams that operate under an agile management model, with clearly defined roles and the support of digital tools.
