Mutua Universal closed 2023 with a workforce of 2,033 employees. This represented a net increase of 38 professionals compared to the previous year.

EVOLUTION OF THE WORKFORCE

Collaborative work

Collaborative work has been established as a cornerstone within Mutua Universal’s management model due to its significant impact on management efficiency.

Mutua Universal has implemented and promoted collaborative work using the latest and most appropriate digital tools, which are available to all the company’s professionals to encourage their correct use and application.

In addition, the organisation provides relevant training in these tools, as well as in the collaborative work model itself, so that all areas of the organisation can work together as a team and share knowledge, skills, and resources to achieve a common goal.

Mutua Universal has applied collaborative work in different areas and projects to improve care, a field in which the company has extensive experience in collaboration between healthcare centres and professionals to carry out telemedicine or telerehabilitation sessions, and in administrative care, where we work collaboratively to streamline and optimise the management of daily benefit applications, reducing processing times and increasing the speed of resolution with the aim of offering top-quality service that adapts to the needs of our member companies, protected and affiliated workers, and collaborating consultancies.

  • Greater agility and efficiency in management.
  • Reduction of management time.
  • Distribution and balance of workloads.
  • Optimisation of human and technological resources.
  • Personnel contributing more valuable tasks.
  • Shared space for knowledge, skills, and resources.
